Play irregular verb bingo.
Each student is given a bingo sheet with irregular verbs in the simple past tense. Teach to say the verb in its infinitive form. Whoever has the verb collects a bonus point for being able to put it into a sentence.
Teach using never and ever, how do we use these words in sentences and answers?
Have you ever played a violin? No I have never played a violin. Put students into pairs. Each pair has a picture of a musical instrument. Each student to ask their partner a question about the musical instrument with the vocabulary ever and partner to reply.
